Enjoy learning French & Italian traditional dishes with a native teacher in Shibuya. You will prepare 3 cooking recipies that everybody can do. The lesson is taught in basic English but feel free to speak Japanese, Italian of French.
The cooking Menu is prepared by an experienced Chef. You will prepare the food by yourself as well as listen to the Chef's instructions and demonstrations. Then later you can do the same at home. The atmosphere is relaxed , casual and friendly in order to enhance learning. It is not a strict culinary or cooking school. The recipes are simple so everybody can do it. It is not a course targeted at professional cooks. At the end of each class, all participants have dinner together with a selection of assorted Italian and French wines .
