Alex, the French Chef , started to learn cooking at the age of 16 in Paris. He learned French popular and traditional dishes, then he went to the South of France and stayed for 8 years in the French riviera where he learned and enjoyed to cook provencal dishes . After he went to the west side of France in Toulouse to again learn new dishes. Now Alex is in Tokyo, teaching how to cook the French dishes . Alex likes to mix all the flavors giving his dishes a special touch between the countryside taste and the "Provence" seaside freshnesh.

Francesco, 33y.o., was born in Salerno, Campania region. Dealing with foods since he was a child, he had his first professional experience at 16y.o. at "Ristoranteil Cigno" in Salerno where he could learn the base of the classical apoletanian cuisine. When he was 20y.o. he had the opportunity to improve himself at "Hotel Raito" in Raito, Amalfi Coast where he specialized in Pasta Dishes, that he loves to cook most. He spent a few months in New York at "Dino's" before moving to Tokyo where he had the pleasure to learn from Giovanni Cenni at "Buttero" who gave him a lot of input to create his own cooking style.

You will learn how to cook traditional Italian or French food by cooking a complete course, consisting of 3 dishes . You will prepare the food by yourself as well as listen to the Chef's instructions and demonstrations. Then later you can do the same at home.
Lessons are in simple English and/or in Japanese as both teachers speak English and a little Japanese; Feel free to speak Italian or French if you can. The atmosphere is relaxed , casual and friendly in order to favour learning. The recipes are simple so everybody can do it. It is not a course targeted at professional cooks. At the end of each class, all participants have dinner together with a selection of assorted Italian or  French wines .
All participants receive an English Recipe handout.
